WALLY
——
Wally is a personal finance tracking app that helps you organize your savings and purchases. It was created as part of the Application Design course in my third HfG semester by me and two fellow students.

MAIN SCREEN
——
The app is based around the main screen, which contains the user's financial statistics, as well as two buttons for entering financial transactions.
TRANSACTION
——
By clicking and dragging one of the transaction buttons, the user can start entering a transaction. The system is designed so that the first half of the process can be done in a single dragging motion to save time and keep the user from getting distracted whilst being in the midst of documenting a transaction.

STEP 1 & 2
——
First, the user can specify the account of the transaction (like your personal wallet or your actual bank account). After that, he can choose if it‘s a new transaction or a one he has made before. This way, if the user has certain transactions that happen regularly, he does not have to manually take them down every time.
STEP 3 & 4
——
After completing steps 1 and 2 in a quick dragging motion, the user can set a category and type in the amount of the transaction. When setting the transaction- amount, the user can also set a timer to repeat the transaction in a chosen time interval.

STATISTICS
——
After finishing a transaction, the user gets back to the main screen, where his financial statistic has been updated. The statistic shows your current account balance, as well as savings and purchases across a certain time period. The user can set a time period, as well as a category-filter for the statistic.
